My 2-Year Fitness Journey
Two years ago, I made a decision that changed my life— to take control of my body, my mind, and my future. What started as a simple goal to “get in shape” turned into a full transformation fueled by discipline, learning, and consistency. I’ve experienced setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between—from struggling through my first workouts to building a lifestyle around strength, movement, and self-belief.
